State Electoral Institute of Aguascalientes
Member of the highest electoral governing body in Aguascalientes, responsible for organizing, supervising, and ensuring the proper conduct of electoral processes for the renewal of municipal councils, local legislative seats, and the state governorship. My primary function was to ensure elections were conducted impartially, transparently, and in accordance with the law, while promoting the exercise of political-electoral rights from a human rights perspective.
Laboratorio Electoral
Responsible for coordinating research and analysis programs related to the implementation of electoral processes in Mexico and Latin America. Additionally, I delivered training sessions and conferences on electoral issues and human rights.

Member of the municipal electoral body of Aguascalientes during the 2015-2016 Electoral Process, responsible for coordinating, supervising, and ensuring the proper development of the electoral process stages at the municipal level, ensuring compliance with regulations.

As Advisor to the General Council of the State Electoral Institute of Aguascalientes, I was responsible for technical and legal analysis of matters submitted for consideration by the highest governing body, ensuring that each draft resolution, agreement, or report had rigorous, coherent evaluation based on applicable regulations.
